EPH is run by an all volunteer board of directors with representatives from 14 local churches. Board members head up various committees such as Building Maintenance, Volunteer Coordination and Communication, which make the organization run.

EPH also has a Housing Coordinators Committee, which is responsible for obtaining and providing furniture and household goods. This committee also cleans a housing unit when a family leaves, and welcomes a new family as it arrives.

All fund raising is conducted by the EPH Board of Directors.

Our 2009-2011 strategic plan focuses on strengthening and expanding our mentoring program, and upgrading our homes. By enhancing support services such as transportation, childcare and mentoring, we can more readily help our families transition to stability and independence.
